Bottled at cask strength 50.1% 70cl ℮ Each bottle is presented in a black printed cloth bag with conger eel image. Gow Spiced Rum 40% alc vol 70cl Pot Still style dry Spiced Rum (less than 5g of sugar per litre) with caramel and natural spices from around the world including two secret ingredients grown in Orkney. Taste Notes A smooth rounded sweetness. Subtle citrus notes with warm undertones of stem ginger. Flavours of soft moist ginger cake with oatmeal and cinnamon cookies, and a long warming spice finish. A prominent rum flavour complimented with spices, rather than an overload of spices masking any hint of rum.

Our TC marque fermented to 9% over 5 days distilled to 85% in a single pass on our 2000L pot still with rectification column. It is then slowly diluted to 50% to create a lighter spirit which still offers plenty of flavour. Taste notes Fruity and green on the nose. Chestnut cask aged pure single rum. Pot still rum bottled at 43% Alc. Vol. 70cl Aged 3 years. Zero added sugar or colouring. Produced in Orkney, Scotland. Fading light – the glow of the sun that never truly sets in the summer, or the dying light of short winter days. Known locally as the grimleens, the eerie dusk in Orkney has inspired many tales of ghosts and spirits. Taste notes Clean, bright, pale golden yellow colour. The nose is complex with estery notes of dried fruits, vanilla, cream and spice. The palate is smooth and long with hints of nuts and spice on the finish.

Pure pot still Scottish rum bottled at 43% Alc. Vol. 70cl Aged 3 years in bourbon and virgin oak casks. Zero added sugar or colouring. Produced in Orkney, Scotland. The Merchant ship Caroline set sail from Santa Cruz on the 3rd November 1724 en route to Genoa. The ship would never reach its destination. The reportedly terrible conditions onboard inspired second mate John Gow to instigate a mutiny, taking control of the ship. With Gow as her new captain, six extra canons were mounted on The Caroline's deck - making a total of 18 - and she set out on a course for piracy under her new name: The Revenge. Tasting Notes Light funk, acidic fruit and caramel on the nose. Stone fruit, spice and toffee on the palate with over ripe peaches on the finish.

Gow Rum cask Made by Orkney Wine Company We use the ex larboard port style wine casks for our Hidden Depths series, but this time they’ve used our rum cask for their larboard. 21% Alc Vol. 50cl only 479 bottles Oak and rum on the nose. Cherry bakewell, stewed forest fruits and almonds. Caramel and spice with a long sweet finish.
