Taste notes
Stone fruit, Peach, citrus and allspice on the nose. Chewy dark chocolate and mango on the palate with a dry oak spice finish.

The fourth release in our wild yeast series, and our first aged wild yeast rum. Yeast harvested in 2021 (same NMO strain as used in half of the Orchweizen). Fermented for 30 days, distilled in a single pass. Filled into 3 second fill Moscatel octaves and aged for 3 years.
