After our success at the IWSC and receiving our gold medal.
Our spiced rum was shortlisted for Best Distilled Drink at the Highlands and Islands Food and Drink Awards. We’re up against some world class competition, but overwhelmed to have got this far, especially in our first year. The winners will be announced at the award ceremony on the 5th of October.

Painting
The warm weather finally gave us time to tackle painting the distillery.
A much needed task, we wanted it to look less farm shed, more rum distillery.
The giant hand cut stencils were fun in the wind.
Much nicer with the ledge painted too, but we had to add a splash of teal.
Very happy with the results. More class, less shed.
